Terms and Conditions

 

Daventon Baptist Church's Free Fall Mini Sessions are 100% free, with a paid option available. If you are able to donate to Daventon, we appreciate and thank you!

Limit 4 to 5 photos per party. The portraits are in a first come, first serve basis. Photography will begin at 4:30pm and last until 5:30pm. By sitting for photos, you expressly agree to the posting of your photos to Daventon Baptist Church's website. Daventon Baptist Church will not re-publish your photos without express written or verbal agreement from you. This means your photo will remain on daventonbaptist.org but will not be reposted or published on social media without your consent. All photos may be shared, printed and posted by you without limitations. To request your photos in email, please contact Daventon Baptist Church here.

Each group will receive 2 to 3 professionally edited photos 2 to 3 business days after the event here on the Daventon Baptist Church website.

Optional Paid Service: All photos will come with a small Daventon Baptist Church watermark. This watermark cannot be cropped or removed without express written consent from the photographer and/or Daventon Baptist Church. Any donation can be given to remove this watermark, to request your watermark-free photos, please email wkblackerby@gmail.com. Please have ready your proof of donation (screenshot, receipt, confirmation email, etc.) and your photo numbers.

No charge applies to the Free Fall Mini Sessions, but donations are welcomed. Thank you!
