Terms and Conditions
Daventon Baptist Church Free Fall Mini Sessions
Our Free Fall Mini Sessions at Daventon Baptist Church are designed to spread joy and capture cherished moments. While these sessions are absolutely free, we do offer a paid option for those who wish to support our church. Your generosity is deeply appreciated, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to you!
Important Details:
Each party can enjoy 4 to 5 photos during the session.
Photo sessions will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
Photography will commence at 6 PM and conclude by 6:45 PM.
When you choose to sit for photos, you grant us permission to feature your pictures on Daventon Baptist Church's website.
Rest assured, your photos will not be republished without your explicit written or verbal consent. This means that while your portrait will remain on daventonbaptist.org, it won't be shared or reposted on social media platforms without your approval.
You are welcome to share, print, and post the photos on your own platforms without any restrictions.
To receive your photos via email, please get in touch with Daventon Baptist Church.
Photo Delivery:
Within 5 to 10 business days after the event, each participating group will receive 2 to 3 professionally edited photos. These will be accessible right here on the Daventon Baptist Church website.
Optional Paid Service:
For those who choose the optional paid service, all photos will include a small Daventon Baptist Church watermark. This watermark is not removable or crop-able without explicit written consent from the photographer and/or Daventon Baptist Church.
If you wish to have the watermark removed, we offer this service upon donation. To request your watermark-free photos, please reach out to wkblackerby@gmail.com. When contacting us, kindly have your proof of donation (screenshot, receipt, confirmation email, etc.) ready, along with your photo numbers.

RAFFLE RULES
Join in on the raffle fun at our Fall Festival with these easy-breezy rules:
Who Can Play:
Everyone's invited, even if you're under 18, as long as you've got the nod from your folks!
Tickets, Please:
Grab your raffle ticket with a $5 donation in person at our festival or through our donations page. Feeling extra generous? Toss in $5 through PayPal/Square and we'll double-dip your entry! Feeling it more? Every extra $5 adds another 2 chances in the pot.
For example:
$5 in person - 1 ticket
$5 via PayPal/Square - 2 tickets
$10 via PayPal/Square - 4 tickets
$15 via PayPal/Square - 6 tickets
Two Ways In:
If tech's your buddy, donate online and your raffle journey starts automatically with a ticket number delivered to your inbox. Please ensure to include your full name, email address and phone number in the comment section of your donation to ensure your speedy receipt of your ticket numbers. Or, if you're a face-to-face fan, bring $5 cash to the festival, and we'll exchange it for your raffle ticket!
The Big Reveal:
The curtain rises on the raffle draw on October 14, 6:45pm. Drumroll, folks! Winners get a friendly shout-out via your contact info. Prizes unclaimed after 10 days? They'll find new homes.
Surprise Prizes: Our lips are sealed on the prizes, but trust us, they're grin-worthy. Swing by the fest to check 'em out!
